1. Operating Entity

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you ("User," "Participant") and PSS Digital & RE("Company," "we," "us"), the legal entity operating the TATSERRUN platform, website, and experiment protocol.

2. Service Description

TATSERRUN is a behavioral weight-loss experiment and lifestyle intervention protocol. The service includes a 30-day facilitated program with daily logging, founder WhatsApp support, and a digital tracking interface. TATSERRUN is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatments.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. You must complete the eligibility questionnaire and score 10/10 on commitment criteria. You must not have a history of severe eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia) or medical conditions that contraindicate dietary or exercise changes without physician supervision.

4. Behavioral Contract & Payment Terms

Upon admission, you agree to a behavioral contract that includes:

• A $7 commitment fee payable at enrollment
• A $990 credit invested by PSS Digital & RE in your 30-day protocol
• A penalty clause: if you deliberately abandon the experiment (defined as 24+ hours of no data logging AND failure to respond to direct reminders), you authorize PSS Digital & RE to charge the $990 balance to your card on file
• If you complete the 30-day protocol and log data as required, your total cost remains $7

5. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful information during eligibility assessment
• Log required daily metrics (weight, craving intensity, mental clarity, movement compliance, trigger avoidance)
• Follow the protocol guidelines for Phase I (Hard Reset) and Phase II (Calibration)
• Respond to direct messages from the founder/support team within 24 hours
• Not share proprietary protocol materials with third parties

6. Health Disclaimer

TATSERRUN is a behavioral and lifestyle intervention, not a medical program. We are not licensed physicians, dietitians, or mental health professionals. The protocol is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You should consult your physician before starting any new exercise or dietary regimen. If you experience adverse effects, discontinue participation and seek medical attention immediately.

7. Data Collection

By participating, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your experiment data (weight, craving intensity, mental clarity scores, compliance records) for research purposes. All data is anonymized before use in any published findings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSS Digital & RE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the TATSERRUN experiment. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service ($7).

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits related to this service.

10. Modifications

PSS Digital & RE reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
