Behavioral Contract Terms

1. Agreement Overview

This Behavioral Contract ("Contract") is a binding agreement between you ("Participant") and PSS Digital & RE("Company") governing your participation in the TATSERRUN 30-day behavioral weight-loss experiment.

By checking the acceptance box and paying the $7 commitment fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined below.

2. Financial Structure

The $990 credit is the Company's investment in your clinical study data. This investment is contingent on your full participation for the 30-day experiment duration.

3. Participant Obligations

During the 30-day experiment, you agree to:

• Log all 5 required daily metrics via the digital interface every day
• Respond to direct messages from the founder/support team within 24 hours
• Follow the Phase I (Hard Reset) and Phase II (Calibration) protocols
• Share your anonymized data for clinical research purposes
• Not deliberately abandon or sabotage the experiment

4. Definition of "Deliberate Ghosting"

A breach of this Contract ("Deliberate Ghosting") is defined as the occurrence of all three of the following conditions:

1. Data Logging Gap: You fail to log any required daily metric in the digital interface for a continuous period of 24 hours or more.
2. Ignored Reminders: You fail to respond to or acknowledge the automated breach warning notification sent to you via the platform and/or WhatsApp.
3. Continued Absence: After the warning notification, you continue to not log data or respond for an additional 24 hours (48 hours total gap).

5. Penalty & Billing Authorization

By providing your payment information during the $7 checkout, you authorize PSS Digital & RE to save your payment method and process future charges as described in this Contract. This authorization remains valid for the duration of the 30-day experiment plus 30 days after its completion.

The $990 charge represents the recovery of the Company's investment in your protocol slot, which was rendered valueless by your deliberate abandonment. It is not a fine or penalty in the punitive sense, but a contractual reimbursement of costs incurred.

6. Successful Completion

If you complete the full 30-day experiment and log your required daily metrics (allowing for the grace periods described in Section 4), your total financial obligation remains $7. No additional charges will be made. The $990 clinical study credit is fully absorbed by the Company.

7. Exceptions & Grace

• Medical Emergency: If you experience a medical emergency that prevents logging, contact the founder immediately. Documented medical emergencies will not trigger the penalty.
• Technical Issues: If the platform experiences documented downtime preventing data logging, affected days are excluded from compliance calculations.

8. Dispute Process

If you believe a penalty was charged in error:

1. Contact PSS Digital & RE within 7 days of the charge
2. Provide documentation supporting your claim (medical records, technical evidence)
3. The Company will review your case within 14 business days
4. If the dispute is found valid, a full refund of the $990 will be issued

Standard chargebacks through your bank are subject to the contractual dispute process above. Filing a chargeback without first completing the dispute process may result in additional collection efforts.

9. Health Disclaimer

The TATSERRUN protocol is a behavioral lifestyle intervention, not a medical program. PSS Digital & RE, its founder, and its team are not licensed physicians, registered dietitians, or mental health professionals. The protocol is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You should consult your physician before starting any new dietary or exercise program. If you have a history of eating disorders, consult a mental health professional before participating. If you experience adverse effects at any time, discontinue participation and seek medical attention immediately.

10. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration as described in the Terms of Service.

11. Acceptance

By checking the acceptance checkbox on the enrollment page and completing the $7 payment, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood all terms of this Behavioral Contract
• Agree to share daily execution data for the clinical study
• Authorize PSS Digital & RE to charge $990 to your card if you deliberately ghost the experiment
• Understand that completing the 30 days means paying only $7 total
