The Photographer's Discovery
Eight years ago in a small town, a photographer was studying his portfolio to understand what made some people glow in his pictures. The answer was confidence.
Seeing hundreds of people through my lens gave me the unique opportunity to understand how the way you feel about yourself affects the way you laugh, smile, pose, and interact with the outside world.

The First Weight Loss Experiment
My first weight loss experiment was born. Founded on the simple notion that slim people simply have a better time in pictures — radical at the time for a town of 20k people — I made a 4-week weight loss program for my brides. Get fit before the wedding.
The results were amazing, not only in terms of weight loss, but in the way people felt and posed in photos. It wasn't only the pounds shed, but the way they felt about themselves — as achievers, healthy people who did their best for their wedding day. Having a large smile, being more comfortable, and even joking about the photographer who texted them if they wanted to join a weight loss challenge 4 weeks before their wedding.

The Insight
That's because the way you feel about yourself is projected in the way you talk, enter a room, or smile for a picture. And failing to lose weight for years or even decades simply erodes your self-esteem.
So yes, it all started because I wanted to have people that feel their best in my pictures, simply because it made better photography.

My Own Transformation
Years passed by, and my belly added up, until I found myself out of breath just climbing stairs, when I switched my photography to my office job. Not overnight, but over 4 years.
I knew how to get slim fast from previous iterations with my brides, but the elephant in the room was how to make it last longer so I break the yo-yo cycle.
I lost 51 lbs in seven months. It took me from 192 lbs, gasping after 800 feet, to flying across the finish line of my first marathon at 141 lbs.

Family-Tested First
I tested the exact same principles with my mom, making her the first official pioneer of the Tatserrun protocol. We strengthened our bond, and her results were so undeniable that she pushed me to share this system with the world.
"I basically never managed to lose more than 15 pounds my entire life and was always on a diet. I managed to lose 44 lbs in six months, suddenly became a morning person after 30 years of trying, and now wake up at 6 a.m. to walk 10,000 steps daily. Now I have started learning Spanish and plan to move to Spain to change my lifetime career."

The Public Experiment
And now I am launching another experiment. But this time not for my lens. It is for yours — because the only way to fully understand it is to experience it in your own skin.
From being able to wear what you want, play with your loved ones, being admired, smiling and entering a room with confidence. These are all side effects that extra weight has taken away from you.
We are proving that weight loss is not about motivation: it's about identity rewiring. Otherwise your body will always come back to the old shape.
