Methodology
Data Collection: Participants log 5 required metrics daily via our secure digital interface: weight (morning, fasted), craving intensity (1–10), mental clarity (1–10), movement compliance (Y/N), and trigger avoidance (Y/N). Optional metrics include sleep duration/quality and screen time.
Analysis Approach: Pre-post comparison of key metrics at Day 1 vs Day 30. We examine within-subject changes in weight, craving intensity, and mental clarity. Adherence rates are calculated as percentage of days with complete logging out of total experiment days.
Privacy: All individual results are anonymized. Aggregate data is presented without personally identifiable information. Raw data is stored in encrypted Supabase databases and is never shared with third parties.
Individual Anonymized Trends
Individual anonymized progress trends will be revealed live on April 29. Drop your name and email to get notified the moment they go live.
