Short version: the protocol runs on your daily data, you give it knowingly, nobody outside the project sees it with your name on it, and you can have it deleted whenever you want.
Alex Piele, who runs the TATSERRUN protocol. Contact: alex@tatser.run.
Your email address; your screening answers; your onboarding answers (starting weight, goal, timezone); your daily entries (weight, photo of the scale, craving level, mental clarity, home-cooked meals, four yes/no habits); progress photos, if you upload them; and basic technical data such as your browser type and approximate region.
To run the protocol for you, to send you the reminders you asked for, and to improve the protocol and publish aggregated, anonymous results. The legal basis is your consent, given explicitly at the end of the screening.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we never publish your name, your email or your photos. Anything published is aggregated across the cohort.
For as long as you are in the programme, plus two years for the study. Delete your account earlier and it goes with it.
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent entirely. Write to alex@tatser.run and it is done within 30 days. You can also complain to your national data protection authority (in Romania, ANSPDCP).
Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (email delivery), Netlify (hosting), and — only if enabled — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for anonymous traffic statistics.
